This slow-flow vinyasa style/yin yoga class is great for any level/experience. The class backdrop is in our barrel-filled winery, so be ready for a truly unique yoga ambiance.
The class format will follow a slow flow/gentle vinyasa for the first half to get the breath and body gently moving, followed by yin yoga during the second half of class. Class will be infused with essential oils to support the class experience and a group tarot reading will be done during yin.
One glass of wine is included with the ticket purchase (a non-alcoholic option is also available). If you desire a personal tarot reading, those will be offered complimentary in the tasting room after class. Great for groups, date nights, or a solo experience.

I am Carla, a licensed massage therapist/craniosacral therapist (NVMT #7484) offering outcall massage therapy services in the greater Las Vegas Valley. I am also a wellness advocate with doTERRA International and Human Design reader with professional training.
My journey with yoga began almost 10 years ago. I’ve engaged in an at-home practice mostly over that time period, using my knowledge from massage therapy as a foundation for feeling into my body. It’s been in the last few years that I’ve really experienced what a yoga practice feels like within a community; an evolution of recognizing how our frequency can vibrate together.
In this Sip and Smell Class, I combine my favorite things: Wine, wellness and essential oils! I look forward to welcoming you on this journey.
