Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our annual Holiday Sip & Shop at Vegas Valley Winery. We are pleased to announce Saturday, December 2nd, 11 am to 5 pm & Sunday, December 3rd, 11 am to 4 pm has been reserved for our family-friendly shopping extravaganza.
There are 2 available booths. Our premium booth is approximately an 8x12 space with an 8 foot long high top wine barrel table and chair is included. No table cloth provided. This booth is $175 for 2 days. There are only 5 premium tables available & will sell out quickly.
Our standard space is approximately a 10x8 space. A 6 foot long table, black table cloth and chair is included. Registration for one day is $75. Both days is $100. We expect to sell out quickly on these spaces as well. 2 day vendors will be accepted ahead of one-day vendor. Applications are accepted on a first-applied, first-accepted, assuming what you are vending fits the parameters of our event. We are looking for artisan vendors offering unique, interesting & quality items. This is not a show for direct sellers/MLM vendors.
By applying for a space, you are also agreeing to be our active partner in promoting the event is also required to participate. That means sharing on your social, email lists and personally inviting guests. Attendance is FREE to the public.
We will have a food truck each day, outdoor games for guests and a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy. All vendor spaces will be on the main floor. We will not be booking the upper deck this year. Standard spaces cannot be reserved as far as location. We are opening doors to the public at 11 am this year.. Our event time is 11 am to 5 pm Saturday and 11 am to 4 pm Sunday. Vendors will gain access at 8 am to set up on Saturday, 9 am on Sunday.
