Casey Stickley's music, primarily with his band Second Echo, is guitar-driven rock, blending classic and modern rock influences like Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains, often described as having elements of post-hardcore, melodic hardcore, emo, and shoegazing, incorporating post-rock and indie rock.
