A bilingual Frida Kahlo- inspired self-portrait workshop. Through symbolic art, guests explore personal power, identity, and resilience — with optional Spanish-language guidance.

Held in the warm room: breath, movement, and live drumming balanced by cool eucalyptus towels for integration and restoration.

A midweek nervous system reset with conscious breathwork, gentle movement, and visualization for clarity and calm.

A community wellness networking event with ice breaker exercises, optional sound healing, and lots of connection. Includes vendor tables, pop-up wellness booths, guest speakers, or sponsors.
