Sabor Chefs is the passion of Chef Gene “Gino” Davila. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Chef Gino loves to cook from his roots in Puerto Rico! He is classically trained and has over 20 years of culinary experience… cooking everything from food truck eats to fine dining.
Chef Gino is excited to bring you a few savory Latin Caribbean bites so you may experience the flavors and stories he loves to share!
