Appy Hour, Wine and Appetizer Pairing

Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.

  • Shrimp & Cilantro Crema – succulent poached shrimp, topped with creamy cilantro and lime sauce
  • Mini Arayes – miniature, grilled pita stuffed with sautéed onions and spiced ground beef-Petit
  • Clafoutis – fresh blackberries baked in a light custard with créme de cassis and vanilla

This is a 21+ event.
