Appy Hour Food & Wine Pairing with Chef Alicia Shevetone

Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers prepared by Chef Alicia Shevetone of Dink Cuisine, expertly paired with a trio of wines from Vegas Valley Winery. You will enjoy a private, chef-hosted experience in the winery’s tasting room.

  • Baked Samosa Cups with Mint & Arugula Chutney-Indian spiced potato filling baked in a crispy wonton cup, drizzled with a delicious, vibrant sauce.
  • Brie & Cranberry Bites-creamy brie, fig jam and fresh rosemary baked in buttery, golden pastry.
  • Bear Claw Bread Pudding-cubes of bear claws and brioche baked in a chai spiced custard.

 

 

This is a 21+ event.

*We will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know within 72 hours of the event with your request. Additional wines & hard ciders are available before and after the event at menu price. Live music is also available in the Tasting Room after the event.

Cancellations must be received within 48 hours to qualify for a refund.
